Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

BUYER — the name, address and contact details given in the order form.

2. Subject

This contract governs the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically from the SELLER's website. Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.

3. Product and price

Type, size, quantity and VAT-inclusive price are shown in the order summary and repeated in the confirmation email. No shipping fee is charged.

4. General provisions

The BUYER declares that they have read the Preliminary Information Form and accept the terms of this contract, confirming each separately by electronic means.

The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product intact, complete and as described in the order. Orders are handed to the courier within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation; the statutory maximum is 30 days from the order. If delivery is not made within that period, the BUYER may terminate the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without reason and without penalty. Notice goes to info@socrepho.com or the phone number above. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt, by the same payment method.

Return shipping is paid by the SELLER. The product is returned with its original box and labels; ordinary changes from trying it on do not affect withdrawal.

6. Exceptions

The exceptions in Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved.

7. Disputes

The Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

8. Effect

By ticking the confirmation boxes in the order form, the BUYER accepts all terms of this contract. The contract is formed when the SELLER confirms the order and is stored electronically.
