No shipping fee is charged. There is no minimum order value; shipping is paid by the seller.

Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR infrastructure. Card details are entered on PayTR's secure screen; the seller neither sees nor stores them.

Instalment options depend on your bank and card and are shown on the payment screen.

Delivery

Orders are handed to the courier within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2–7 working days depending on the carrier and address. The statutory maximum is 30 days from the order date.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty.

Send your withdrawal notice to info@socrepho.com or the phone number above. Your payment is refunded within 14 days of us receiving the notice, by the same payment method.

Return shipping is paid by the seller. Send the product with its original box and labels; ordinary changes from trying the product on do not affect your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The exceptions in Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved: goods made to the consumer's specification, and goods not suitable for return on health or hygiene grounds once unsealed. Our shoes, sold in standard sizes, do not fall within those exceptions; your right of withdrawal stands.

Disputes

Complaints may be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

We would rather you contacted us first — most problems we can settle directly.
