Shipping

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery takes between 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your address.

When your order ships, we send the tracking number by email or SMS. With that number you can follow your parcel on the carrier's website.

Shipping is free. There is no minimum order value; we cover the shipping cost on every order.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date you receive the item, without giving any reason.

We cover the return shipping cost.

Your payment is refunded within 14 days of our receiving your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you paid with.

Send the item back with its original box and labels. Ordinary changes from trying the item on do not affect your right to return it.

Return steps

1. Contact us and give your order number. 2. Once your request is approved, we send you the return address and shipping details. 3. Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier. 4. When the return reaches us and has been checked, you receive an email confirmation.
