What we collect

When you place an order we collect: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address (province, district, street address) and your order details.

We do not collect card details. Payment happens on PayTR's secure screen; the card number, expiry date and security code never reach us.

Why we process it

To prepare, ship and deliver your order; to issue an invoice and meet our record-keeping obligations; to keep you informed about your order and its delivery; to handle withdrawal, return and warranty requests.

Legal basis

Your data is processed because it is necessary for entering into and performing the contract and to meet our legal obligations (Article 5). No separate consent is required: we process it in order to fulfil your order.

Who we share it with

The courier (your name, address and phone), the payment institution PayTR (what the transaction requires), our accountant and competent public authorities within legal limits. We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years under tax and commercial law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, request restriction of processing, and claim compensation for damage.
