Care
Keep petroleum products and chemicals (thinner, petrol, diesel and the like) away from the shoes. If a shoe gets wet, do not dry it next to a radiator or heater: pack it with paper and let it dry at room temperature. Do not store the shoes in direct sunlight or in very damp places. Wipe off mud and dirt with a slightly damp cloth while the shoe is still damp. Leather is an organic material and may take up some water in the rain. Protect the leather surface from knocks and from scuffing at the toe.
